as well as Technical Support and related services. We are a family-owned company
in the Tyler area working hard to provide solutions for you.

Day3Soft’s Technical Team:
Robert Ballard is the Lead Web Developer and owner of Day3Soft Technical
Services. He has over 14 years of Programming and Web Experience. He
graduated from UT Tyler with a B.S. degree in Computer Science, and has been
working in the Tyler area for over eight years.

Mandy Ballard is Day3Soft’s web and print designer. She graduated from UT
Tyler with a B.A. in Communications with Business Emphasis. She has lived and
worked in the Tyler area for over 8 years, and has over 10 years of designing
experience. Her portfolio includes web designing, brochure design and copywriting
for companies such as AmeriCorps Tyler, Andrews Angels, Lake Palestine Marina,
Destined for Freedom and more.
